We grew up with the stick figure – often the starting point for our creative expression with paper and colored pencils in early childhood. With a few straight lines, the imagination sparked drawings of everything from policemen and firefighters to creepy monsters.The stick figure was now immortalized in oak. A functional figure with movable arms and legs and magnets in the feet to keep the balance – a real reminiscence of the pleasures of simplified living. Boyhood is a Danish design company that designs and produces modern design objects that date back to a fantastic childhood. The collections were developed by the designer Jakob Burgsø, who creates the objects from high-quality, natural materials, especially oak and leather, according to a proud Scandinavian tradition of craftsmanship.
